Field Technician (Full-time position)
Skills Required –
- Self-Managing/Self Motivated
- Business instincts
- Hand and Power tools
- Experienced in Customer Service
- Team player able to support cross-departmental collaborative projects
- Computer skills with software installation experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Good communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Programming experience (ex: Python, C++, Ladder Logic preferred)
This position will be based out of our company headquarters in Davis, CA. It will require weekly travel to customer locations to set up, unpackage and test the equipments at various times throughout the year. Installations typically range from 1-5 business days. Most of the equipments will come with a step-by-step installation guide to walk you through the setup procedures. In addition, you will have direct technical support available to you through the manufacturer of the product. Product training with our instructors post-installation is expected for this position, for which you will receive product training. Customer support and service are at the top of our list, and we are looking for a great addition to our team.
