What Denford CNC routers are available
The Compact 1000 and Compact 1000 Pro are compact 3-axis CNC routers suitable for all levels of education and training. The Compact 1000 Pro can cut a range of resistant materials including hard and soft wood, plastic, modelling foam, acrylic, prototyping materials, and non-ferrous metals. The machine features a totally enclosed interlocking guard, an aluminum T-slot table, workholding clamps, and an outlet for dust extraction. All necessary software is included, with VR CNC Milling operating software and QuickCAM 2D design software. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for programs with limited lab space that still want full 3-axis CNC capability.
The Router 2600 and Router 2600 Pro are 3-axis CNC routers with a larger capacity work envelope, totally enclosed interlocking guards, and the ability to cut hard and soft wood, plastic, modelling foam, acrylic, and prototyping materials. The Router 2600 Pro additionally cuts non-ferrous metals. Both models are available with a 5-station automatic tool changer, and the Router 2600 Pro is Denford's best-selling machine globally. VR CNC Milling software and QuickCAM 2D design software are included, and the software can import DXF, DWG, EPS, and Gerber files in addition to G and M code programs. An optional universal machine bench is available.
The Router 2600 ATC adds automatic tool changing capability to the 2600 platform, allowing programs to train students on ATC operation and multi-tool machining sequences.
The Router 6600 and Router 6600 Pro are large-format, high-speed, floor-standing CNC routers designed for programs that need maximum capacity for larger workpieces and higher-throughput cutting applications. Both models are available with automatic tool changer capability.
The Vertical Router rounds out the lineup with a vertically oriented routing configuration suited to specific cutting applications.
