About the EDURoboMill
The EDURoboMill is Levil Technology's advanced hybrid training platform, launched in May 2025 and designed to combine FANUC robotics and FANUC CNC with a high-performance Levil spindle into one compact, industry-ready system. At the core of the EDURoboMill is a FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control with a 15-inch screen, QWERTY MDI unit, and integrated safety operator panel — the same control found on production FANUC machining centers worldwide. Users can choose between two high-performance spindle options: the NR3060-AQC capable of 30,000 RPM with an optional 60,000 RPM upgrade, or the LS-C30 spindle offering 14,000 RPM designed for use with heavier robots with 10 kg payload or more.
The system is housed in a mobile, fully enclosed workstation measuring 85 inches long by 31.5 inches wide by 76.7 inches tall, requiring only 220 to 240V single-phase power and 90 PSI air — making it both powerful and straightforward to integrate into an existing lab environment.
FANUC robot integration
The EDURoboMill supports a range of FANUC robot options including the LR-Mate 200iD series and the LR-10iA/10, and accommodates an extensive array of end-of-arm tooling including CNC spindles, pneumatic and electrical grippers, suction cups, magnetic tools, and 3D printing heads. This flexibility allows programs to configure the system for a wide range of manufacturing simulation scenarios — from machine tending and robotic machining through additive manufacturing integration.
The system's compatibility with FANUC's Robot G-code function is a defining capability. Standard CNC G-code commands — the same programming language students learn on any FANUC-controlled machine — control the robot's X, Y, and Z movements.
