The Steering and Suspension System Trainer (764-01)
The centerpiece of LJ Create's steering and suspension training line is the Steering and Suspension System Trainer, a real component trainer that provides the instructor with a working steering and suspension system for group or whole-class demonstration. All individual components of the system are presented on a moveable, steel frame so each component can be clearly identified and accessed by students.
The system includes a MacPherson strut assembly, hydraulic fluid reservoir, jacking point, tie rod assembly, steering column assembly, and power steering pump, representing the complete power steering and front suspension architecture of a typical light vehicle. Students can trace the hydraulic circuit from the pump through the steering gear and back, inspect strut and spring geometry, examine tie rod construction and adjustment, and understand how each component contributes to steering response and suspension behavior.
The moveable steel frame makes the trainer practical for both lab and classroom use, bringing the steering and suspension system to the students rather than requiring access to a vehicle lift.
